C R Market Surveys executed an in-depth market research case study focused on ADA Paratransit and Vanpool services.

This project involved several key phases:

Past Research Review: We began by reviewing existing research to inform our approach and identify gaps in knowledge regarding ADA and Vanpool services.
Questionnaire Design: Based on the insights gained from the past research, we collaborated with the Pace team to design a tailored questionnaire aimed at capturing relevant data from users and stakeholders.
Focus Group Research: We conducted focus group sessions to refine the questionnaire design, gathering qualitative feedback that informed the structure and content of the survey.
In-Depth Interviews: In-depth interviews were conducted with Pace stakeholders to gain deeper insights into the needs, challenges, and expectations surrounding the ADA Paratransit and Vanpool services.
