Cherlyn Robinson

President and Senior Research Director

Cherlyn Robinson is the President and founder of C R Market Surveys, Inc., headquartered in Chicago, IL.   She has expertise in managing projects that target a wide range of demographics that include multicultural, non-internet, and senior populations.

Cherlyn received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in 1994.  Since then, she had completed over 25 industry certifications in project management, data analysis, and customer experience methodologies.

Kimberly Robinson

Project Manager & IT Coordinator

Kimberly Robinson has worked with C R Market Surveys for over ten years.  As an assistant project manager, Kimberly manages the company’s resources to remain within budget and on task with each project’s objectives. 

Previous to C R Market Surveys, Kimberly worked at Advocate Health Systems where she managed a team of ten operators within the company’s IT department.  She has utilized those skills at C R Market Surveys to manage the software and web-based tools of the company.
